 Stephen M. Marcus, Esq., of Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks, P.C.,
has been instrumental in the various changes to the Massachusetts Condominium Act, and he has contributed significantly to the amendment of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code protecting condominium common area fees as well as participating as an advisor relating to the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and its effect on condominium associations. Mr. Marcus has served as the President of the New England Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, as a member of the Board of Directors, as Chairman of the Chapter and National Attorneys Committee, and as a member of the National Amicus Curiae Team.
